Ashish Dangi, Chartered Accountant. He completed his Bachelors of Commerce from Mumbai University.
With over a decade of experience working with the financial service sector, Ashish brings to the table his in-depth knowledge of the Indian Capital Market. His advisory portfolio includes corporates across various sectors including manufacturing, infrastructure, real estate, automotive, logistics and pharmaceutical. Besides the vast experience of structuring and negotiating transactions for fund raising, Ashish has managed and executed many high value transactions, while at Embarq.
His past associations include Edelweiss, PINC, Karvy Comtrade and Ernst & Young.
Keyur Shah, Chartered Accountant. He completed his Bachelors of Commerce from Mumbai University.
An integral part of the Embarq team, Keyur brings to table his vast experience of equity and fund raising. Before joining Embarq, Keyur was with IL&FS Financial Services where he structured various deals and raised funds totalling to US$ 500 million, for corporates in Infrastructure segment. He was also involved in raising funds of US$ 700 million, for Structured Financial Products like SMCF.
He started his career with Edelweiss Capital where he was a part of an elite team managing an offshore fund of US$ 200 million.
